Daniel S., Upper West Side, NY
Booked them the day before my parents flew in from Chicago. My mom walked in and said nothing — which from her means she approved. That's a win.

Chris N., Greenwich Village, NY
My roommate and I split the cost. We both agreed it was worth every dollar. That almost never happens between us.

I've been burned by three other services in this neighborhood. Decided to try one more time. Very glad I did.

Rachel M., Williamsburg, NY
I work from home so having strangers around is always awkward. These guys were so quiet and professional I basically forgot they were here. Apartment was spotless.

Had a deep clean done after some renovation work. There was dust in places I didn't know existed. They got all of it.

Third time using them. Somehow it keeps getting better. Don't know how that's possible but here we are.

Reasonable price for Manhattan, which I was not expecting. And they actually cleaned the oven without being asked. Respect

Showed up on time, did the job, left without drama. In this city that alone puts you in the top 1%.

Finally found a cleaning service that doesn't make me regret booking. My place hasn't looked this good since I moved in three years ago.

How long does a cleaning take?
The order page shows the estimated duration and number of cleaners. The actual visit can finish an hour earlier or later. If you expect more work, add extra hours or additional cleaners when booking.
Can I choose a cleaner?
Yes. During booking you will see available cleaners and can pick a preferred one. If your favorite cleaner is unavailable, try another date or select a different specialist. On the service day you receive the cleaner’s name and phone number.
How can I contact support?
Real people answer every message. Contact us via text, chat, or email—we respond until 7:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 PM on weekends. We do not use a phone line, but written support is fast and documented. The quickest way to leave feedback is to rate the order in your account; we always follow up on negative ratings.
How is the order cost calculated?
The price and estimated duration are visible on the order page before you confirm. In 99% of cases the cost does not change. If significantly more time is required, we will notify you, explain why, and ask for approval before continuing.
How do I cancel an order?
If more than 4 hours remain before the appointment, cancel in your account at no charge. If fewer than 4 hours remain, you can still cancel for a small fee that goes entirely to the cleaner. If the cleaner has already arrived, the full price is charged. All fees are paid with one click directly in your account.
