How it works? How to pay for a service?
You can pay by card, cash, Apple Pay, or Google Pay after the service is completed. If you selected card payment at checkout we pre-authorize the amount, but funds are captured only after the visit (or released immediately if you cancel). All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
How it works? What discounts and promo codes are available?
We offer recurring-cleaning discounts without any long-term contracts—you can change or cancel a subscription anytime. Promo codes are available for special occasions, corporate partnerships, and public campaigns that we announce on social media and via email. The START promo code is valid for first-time clients. Promo codes are entered on checkout screens that include the “Promo code” field, and they cannot be combined with other discounts, including the daily discounts shown directly in the calendar.
How it works? How does the referral program work?
Send your personal referral link to friends. When a new client places an order through that link, you both receive referral credits that can fully or partially cover future services. The link is available in the “Referral Program” section of your account. Credits never expire.
How it works? How is the order cost calculated?
The price and estimated duration are visible on the order page before you confirm. In 99% of cases the cost does not change. If significantly more time is required, we will notify you, explain why, and ask for approval before continuing.

How it works? How do I file a complaint?
Rate the service inside your account. We typically respond the same business day, and no later than 1–2 business days, offering a resolution that suits everyone.
How it works? What happens after I leave a negative rating?
A ticket is created and assigned to a manager. We collect information from the cleaner and then present a solution. You can expect proactive communication until the case is closed.
How it works? How can I contact support?
Real people answer every message. Contact us via text, chat, or email—we respond until 7:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 PM on weekends. We do not use a phone line, but written support is fast and documented. The quickest way to leave feedback is to rate the order in your account; we always follow up on negative ratings.

After each appointment clients rate the service. We collect around 2,000 ratings per month with an average score of 4.6. If something goes wrong, we reach out within one business day and offer compensation or a re-clean.

Order Management & Scheduling

How it works? How do I cancel an order?
If more than 4 hours remain before the appointment, cancel in your account at no charge. If fewer than 4 hours remain, you can still cancel for a small fee that goes entirely to the cleaner. If the cleaner has already arrived, the full price is charged. All fees are paid with one click directly in your account.
How it works? How do I change the start time?
You can reschedule in your account up to 4 hours before the visit. If you picked “Confirm time the day before,” you’ll receive a text reminder with a link to adjust the time if needed.
How it works? How do I edit an order?
Orders can be edited anytime—including during the service—in your account. Remove or add tasks and the price updates instantly. If you pay by card, only the final approved amount is captured. You can also switch payment methods at any time.
How it works? How do subscriptions work?
Choose how often you want cleanings. After each visit the system automatically creates the next order. It is not a long-term contract—you can edit, reschedule, or cancel each occurrence. You receive email and SMS reminders about upcoming appointments.

Cleaning Services

How it works? How long does a cleaning take?
The order page shows the estimated duration and number of cleaners. The actual visit can finish an hour earlier or later. If you expect more work, add extra hours or additional cleaners when booking.
How it works? What is included in the cleaning?
Standard cleaning covers dry and wet cleaning of surfaces, floors, furniture, baseboards, and windowsills; bathrooms receive special attention (sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs). In the kitchen we clean countertops, the stove, sink, and external cabinet surfaces. Common-area hallways and heavy-duty tasks (moving furniture, blind cleaning, disinfection) are not included.
How it works? What supplies do cleaners use?
We bring professional, effective, child- and pet-safe products plus all necessary equipment (mop, bucket, microfiber cloths, squeegees, etc.). If you have allergies or preferences, cleaners can use products you provide.
How it works? How do you count rooms and windows?
Each bedroom, living room, or office counts as one room. Combined spaces (such as a kitchen-living room) are entered as one room with a kitchen zone. Corridors and kitchens are included in the base cleaning. A standard window has two panes; floor-to-ceiling glass counts as one window, and balcony doors count as one window. In winter we clean windows from the inside only.
How it works? Can I choose a cleaner?
Yes. During booking you will see available cleaners and can pick a preferred one. If your favorite cleaner is unavailable, try another date or select a different specialist. On the service day you receive the cleaner’s name and phone number.
How it works? What is included in post-renovation cleaning?
Post-renovation cleaning covers construction dust, windows, doors, furniture, bathrooms, and kitchens using stronger professional agents. Debris removal is not included and is handled by specialized services.
How it works? Do you clean offices?
Yes, we handle one-time or recurring office cleanings covering workspaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and meeting rooms. Optional add-ons include carpet/furniture cleaning and window washing. Contracts and invoicing for businesses are available.
How it works? What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
All cleanings are thorough and last several hours, including floors, dusting, bathrooms, and kitchens. If you need more detail in specific areas, simply add extra hours or tasks during booking.
How it works? How do I contact the cleaner on the day of service?
You receive the cleaner’s name and phone number on the service day. You can also send messages via your account or text support.
How it works? How do cleaners handle payment, tips, and security?
We support both card and cash payments. Tips can be given in cash or added to the card payment. Every cleaner passes a background check and the platform is insured—we cover compensation if something is damaged.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to our standard terms of service published on the website. Businesses can sign separate customized agreements.
How it works? Can you handle special requests?
Yes—post-party cleanups, organizing sessions, or stain removal can be scheduled and billed hourly. Describe the request in your order and we will confirm the timing and price.
How it works? Do you cooperate with businesses?
We offer special terms for corporate clients—offices, retail stores, and restaurants can set up regular cleanings and receive invoices and reports. Companies can also join our partnership program to offer promo codes to employees.
